I had my first therapy appointment in a long time with Alejandra Gomez and she was awesome! She was comforting and so kind and I enjoyed my session with her so much. I plan on continuing to go to her for many sessions to come. Another positive note, the waiting room is very calming and has lots of seating.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Alejandra is such a sweet and caring addition to the MBCA team! We are fortunate to have her. I do have to share how completely jealous I am of her gorgeous hAIR! Natural beauty aside, Alejandra has already shown such inner beauty, insight, and compassion for her clients. She's truly a gem and we at MBCA are honored to have her working with us! Kate Linn Director of Operations Mind and Body Counseling Associates

MORGAN IS GOATED, she has become a highlight in my life and has helped me through so many obstacles mentally and emotionally that I feel so much more confident and positive about life.

She's realistic and has given me so many perspectives on different situations that have helped me tremendously in my everyday life.

Greatly appreciate her as a person and a professional.
Response from the owner:We are so grateful to hear Morgan's provided such a wonderful experience! Her skills and her incredible energy combined have proven to be a beacon of light to so many she has served. At MBCA we are incredibly fortunate to have 26 clinicians on site. We've worked very hard to foster a culture of support, compassion, evidence based practices, and positivity. Thank you for acknowledging this culture presented you the opportunity for success! Mind Body is great! Been going there for a few years now, but Morgan Rubenacker is my favorite therapist I’ve ever seen. She is funny, caring, and supportive. She remembers things I’ve brought up in past sessions, and I really feel that she cares about my wellbeing more than just being a patient of hers.
Response from the owner:Mind and Body really is an amazing place. All of our providers truly care about the wellbeing of our community and it means the world to us that you recognize this. Personally, I have never encountered a better group of people and having the opportunity to work with them everyday makes me feel unbelievably grateful! Morgan is a light to all she encounters! I really appreciate you sharing with others how fortunate we all are to have Morgan on the MBCA team! Have a wonderful New Year! Kate Linn Director of Operations Mind and Body Counseling Associates
