James asked good questions and had good preliminary advise for us on our first appointment. He was a little less personal than we were expecting and talked fast enough that sometimes it was hard to process what he was saying, but overall it was a good experience.
Response from the owner:This feedback is very helpful! At MBCA, our providers are always seeking ways to learn and grow within their role. Knowing how they impacted each client allows them to adapt methods as needed. Thanks so much for taking the time to offer such an honest perspective of your experience! Take care, Kate Linn Director of Operations Mind and Body Counseling Associates
