Chris S.
James asked good questions and had good preliminary advise for us on our first appointment. He was a little less personal than we were expecting and talked fast enough that sometimes it was hard to process what he was saying, but overall it was a good experience.
Response from the owner:This feedback is very helpful! At MBCA, our providers are always seeking ways to learn and grow within their role. Knowing how they impacted each client allows them to adapt methods as needed. Thanks so much for taking the time to offer such an honest perspective of your experience! Take care, Kate Linn Director of Operations Mind and Body Counseling Associates

I googled a therapist and came to their website. When scrolling through providers I saw Al’s photo and immediately felt drawn to them. My first appointment I knew I had found my therapist. Al recommended outside therapy that has completely changed my life and has helped me work with those tools to conquer real life situations. Every session I walk out feeling refreshed and lighter. I have learned so much about myself and they have lead me so far on this healing journey. I couldn’t imagine sharing my life, trauma, and milestones with another human. I am so grateful.
Response from the owner:This is so empowering to hear! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such positive feedback. Our website was designed specifically to provide clients the opportunity to find the provider they feel a connection with and it is great to hear it is doing it's job. Al is an extremely kind and knowledgeable therapist. We feel honored to have her on the MBCA team! Kate Linn Director of Operations Mind and Body Counseling Associates
